At Evolve Pro Recovery, we stand by the quality and performance of every product we make. All Evolve Pro products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered
Your Evolve Pro warranty covers:
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electrical or mechanical faults that occur during normal use
  • Battery or control unit issues that arise under regular operation

If your product develops a fault covered under warranty, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric or cosmetic marks)
  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, or crushing)
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Evolve Pro
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue, please contact our support team with the following:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Email us at info@evolvepro.uk, and our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange repair or replacement and provide next steps for returning your item if required.

Warranty Transfers & Extensions

Warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.

At this time, we do not offer extended warranties.
